City Project SC2499/SW2500 provided for the installation of a new sanitary sewer trunk line and the realignment of a stormwater pipe. The City contracted with Ken Leingang Excavating, Inc. for the construction of 2,100 feet of 18-inch storm drain pipe, 2,200 feet of 8-inch and 12-inch PVC sanitary sewer main, and associated manholes, appurtenances and surface restoration at the Catalyss development located west of 40th Ave on Castlevale Road.
Final inspection for this project was made and the recommendation is that the project be accepted. A final payment of $20,870.43 (5% retainage) is due from the City to Ken Leingang Excavating, Inc. for the completion of the work.
