| SUMMARY EXPLANATION: | | On December 17, 2019, the City Council approved a SIED Contract between the City and Yakima County to have the City act as a pass through agent for SIED funds to the YMCA. This Resolution would authorize the Interim City Manager to sign the MOU which will facilitate the pass through of the SIED funds. |
