SUMMARY EXPLANATION:

Under Resolution R-2019-094, the City allowed temporary homeless shelters during the winter season.  This Resolution would extend the terms and conditions of that resolution to allow emergency temporary homeless shelters through the end of the Stay Home Orders issued by the Yakima Health District and the Governor
