ITEM TITLE:Lodging Tax Advisory Committee Report

SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
The Lodging Tax Advisory Committee met on August 14th and 27th to discuss 2021 Lodging Tax Grant Applications. The committee recommended a reduction of the 2021 revenue estimate and recommended allocation to the Yakima Valley Tourism, Capitol Theatre, SOZO Sports of Central Washington, and the Central Washington State Fair Association. Staff will be incorporating the recommendation into the 2021 Preliminary Budget and will include it in the scheduled study sessions.
