City Project 2479 provided for improvements to River Road from 34th Ave to 40th Ave. The City contracted with Selland Construction, Inc. for the widening, installation of new curb and gutter, sidewalks, storm drainage improvements, hot mix asphalt, and other related work. This project was conducted by the City in association with the new YMCA Aquatic/Fitness Center.
Final inspection for this project was made and the recommendation is that the project be accepted. A final payment of $42,801.37 (5% retainage) is due from the City to Selland Construction, Inc. for the completion of the River Road Improvements Project.
