SUMMARY EXPLANATION: | The Governor's office has agreed to provide a one-time grant in the amount of $200,000 to fund ShotSpotter. This tool will assist the Yakima Police Department in reducing gun violence. The annual fee for this project is $195,000 for a three mile coverage area and the city would not be responsible for this amount until 2021. |
