| SUMMARY EXPLANATION: | | The purpose of the proposed Code amendment is to achieve clarity and remove references to Code sections that no longer exist. Section 5.01.060(C) of the Yakima Municipal Code outlines the appeals process after a business license has been revoked or otherwise refused. It currently contains references to sections in Chapter 15.16 that no longer exist after the amendments contained in Ordinance 2018-047. The proposed amendment would add language referring to the appropriate section of the YMC governing the appeals process. |
