During the City Council budget study session conducted on October 3, 2019, the Yakima City Council approved an increase in the event management fees that were approved by the Council in 2018 for fire services provided by the Yakima Fire Department for "Event Management Personnel Costs" that may be necessary and required during certain special events.  

Approval of the attached resolution would formalize the fee increase for the specific fire-related cost of assessments that would be included when appropriate in permits for special events.
