City Management and Teamsters Local #760 representatives for Yakima Supervisors & Administrative Unit negotiated in good faith, a contract setting forth the wages, hours, and other terms and conditions of employment for four years (2020-2023). To that end, both parties recommend the City Council review and approve the attached CBA proposal. The Supervisors & Administrative Unit members have voted and ratified this proposed agreement.
The settlement package is outlined below:
· 4 -Year Contract (2020-2023)
· Wage Increase= PACA and is determined by Municipal Code Chapter 2.20. 115 & 116
· Bilingual/Biliterate stipends are updated. The English/Spanish bilingual stipend is 3% of base pay and an additional 2% of base pay is added for English/Spanish biliterate capacity. |
