A final payment of $7,540.74 is recommended for Allstar Construction Group, Inc. for the construction of a sidewalk, curb and gutter on the east side of 40th Ave & Walnut and 240 feet north of Chestnut Avenue subject to issuance of Certificate of Payment by the Department of Revenue and authorizations from state agencies allowing final payment.
Final inspection for this project was made and the recommendation is that the project be accepted.
This Council action is to accept the project and approve the final construction costs.
