ITEM TITLE:Resolution ratifying an application for a grant from the Justice Assistance Grant Program and authorizing an interlocal agreement with Yakima County

SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
This approves ratification of an application for a grant in the total amount of $63,794 from the United States Department of Justice, Bureau of Justice Administration, Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant Program, including an interlocal agreement with Yakima County, which shall receive a portion of the grant proceeds for local law enforcement efforts.
