| SUMMARY EXPLANATION: | | At the July 23, 2019 agenda preview meeting, Fire Chief Aaron Markham gave a brief presentation on a Request for Proposal (RFP) process for the selection of a single ambulance provider to serve Yakima County Trauma Zone One, specifically for 911 emergency calls. It was requested that Council authorize a letter of support to the Board of Yakima County Commissioner's supporting this RFP process at the next regular business meeting. A draft letter of support is included with this item for Council consideration. |
