ITEM TITLE:Review of unauthorized vehicles, Chapter 9.47 of the Yakima Municipal Code

SUMMARY EXPLANATION:

As requested by the City Council, the attached memo dated August 7, 2019, provides Council members with a brief review of Yakima Municipal Code Chapter 9.47-Vehicle Impounds.  The memo includes a comparison chart of the City of Yakima's municipal code with other Washington State cities regarding unauthorized parking on a roadway for a period of time.
