SUMMARY EXPLANATION:

The Yakima City Council held an open record public hearing on August 5, 2019 to consider the Hearing Examiner's recommendation on this request. Following the public hearing, the City Council directed planning staff to prepare appropriate legislation to approve this request consistent with the Hearing Examiner's recommendation.
