Mid-year adjustment in accordance with 2.20.116 Municipal Code, Ordinance includes pay and adjustment (PACA) per contract for Public Works Division Managers Unit and Supervisors/Administrative Unit represented by Teamsters Local #760, and non-represented employees. Defined formulary PACA calculation of .23% retro to 1/1/2018.
Correction to 1281 - Deputy Police Chief to reflect “Exempt” from Civil Service, and reassign to Pay Code 962 ($56.88 - $72.67).
Citizens Commission on Salaries for Elected Officials (Commission) recently updated court judges’ salary to $181,846 effective July 1, 2019; and effective July 1, 2020, $190,120.
The City of Yakima must certify that Municipal Court Judges be reimbursed accordingly. As a result, the pay ordinance reflects the following change:
Reallocation of 1413 Municipal Court Judge Pay Code 1000 to $83.06 effective 7/1/19; $86.84 effective 7/1/20.
Accordingly reallocation of Municipal Court Commissioner Pay code 966MC to $53.30-$64.72 will be effective 7/1/19 and an updated range ($55.73-$67.66) will be effective 7/1/20.
