| SUMMARY EXPLANATION: | | On May 21, 2019, the City Council voted to direct staff to draft a resolution repealing Resolution No. R-2011-77, which required the City of Yakima’s participation in the Federal E-Verify program. In accordance with this direction, the attached resolution repeals resolution R-2011-77 and rescinds City of Yakima Administrative Policy 3-200 (former policy number ADM 2100), the latter of which outlines the City’s policy and procedures pursuant to the City’s participation in the E-Verify program. |
