ITEM TITLE:Ordinance amending the definition section of Yakima Municipal Code section 7.68: Water Division

SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
The ordinance amendment is to revise Yakima Municipal Code (YMC) Section 7.68.012 Definitions.  As a result of recent changes within the Uniform Building Code, it became necessary to revise and eliminate some of the definitions within YMC 7.68.  It also became necessary to add a definition of "originally approved condition" in order to provide further clarification to the language of the ordinance.
