SUMMARY EXPLANATION:

This agreement sets forth the terms and conditions for YPAL to receive CDBG money for youth programming and services, including data collection, programming requirements, and federal requirements associated with the grant money. It is a one year term agreement starting July 1, 2019 and ending June 30, 2020 and was approved by Council in the 2019 budget.
