The Council Partnership Committee met on April 19, 2019 and discussed the Affordable Housing report and prioritizing policy options. Staff is writing a $25,000 grant to the Community Foundation to support a Housing Action Plan, which would focus on community engagement and coordinate efforts of partners and the City towards developing more housing options. 

The City was also asked to submit a letter of support for the Dispute Resolution Center's application to the Community Foundation seeking funding to establish a forum for downtown businesses to discuss issues related to the impact of homelessness in the community. A draft support letter is attached for Council consideration.
