City Project 2414 provided for the completion of improvements at Randall Park. The City contracted with Knobel's Electric, Inc. for constructing improvements within the east parking lot, including new concrete curbing, ADA ramps, sidewalk, and installation of pole bases for lighting.
Final inspection for this project was made and the recommendation is that the project be accepted. A final payment of $2,266.65 (5% retainage) is due from the City to Knobels Electric, Inc. for the completion of the improvement work at Randall Park.
