SUMMARY EXPLANATION:

The Wastewater Treatment Plant is recommending award to Solenis since they submitted the lowest responsive bid that met efficiency testing requirements. This Bid was advertised in the Yakima Herald Republic, online via the City of Yakima Website, and nationally through the City's e-Procurement System PublicPurchase.com, as well as by personal invitation to all known vendors on the City of Yakima vendor list.
