In the fall of 2018 the City of Yakima's Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee reached out to YV Tech students with a project idea to develop a series of audio PSA's related to bicycle and pedestrian safety. Students in the YV Tech Digital Media Program teamed up to develop several audio PSA's, three of which have been chosen by the Committee, as follows:
1. "School Zone Safety Tips" (School Zone Safety)
2. "Birthday Party" (Bicycle Safety in English and Spanish)
3. "Pedestrian Vs. Car" (Pedestrian Safety)
These three PSA's will be broadcast on local radio stations. |
