City Project 2478 provided for the installation of water and wastewater utilities for Camp Hope. The City contracted with Ken Leingang Excavating, Inc. for the installation of utilities required to provide both water and wastewater services to Camp Hope located on City property near the Wastewater Treatment Plant. The project consisted of installing approximately 950 LF of 3" PVC water service, 490 LF of 1.25" PVC force main (sewer), 250 LF of 4" PVC sewer main, clean outs, a prepackaged PVC sewer pump station, pump station electrical, chain link fencing, trench surfacing repair, and other related work.
Final inspection for this project was made and the recommendation is that the project be accepted. A final payment of $7,734.06 (5% retainage) is due from the City to Ken Leingang Excavating, Inc. for the completion of the utilities installation for Camp Hope.
