| SUMMARY EXPLANATION: | | The City of Yakima is seeking approval of a resolution declaring a 1995 Simon Duplex LTI ladder truck as surplus to the needs of both the Yakima Fire Department and the City of Yakima, and authorizing the City Manager to direct its sale to Spokane County Fire District #4 for $50,000 plus tax. The fire truck will assist in improving the emergency services provided to their citizens. |
