Hordan Planning Services, on behalf of Squire-Ingham Company, submitted a rezone application on October 19, 2018, for a proposed non-project rezone at 5231 W Powerhouse Road that would change the zoning designation for three parcels from Two-Family Residential (R-2) to Multi-Family Residential (R-3).
