City Project 2365 provided for the construction of the Beech Street Lift Station. The City contracted with Rotschy, Inc. for the construction of the lift station, including the installation of a cast-in-place concrete wet well and valve chamber; an above-grade prefabricated metal building consisting of electrical gear and control equipment, and a restroom; site fencing, paving and landscaping.
Final inspection for this project was made and the recommendation is that the project be accepted. A final payment of $139,956.65 (5% retainage) is due from the City to Rotschy, Inc. for the completion of the Beech Street Lift Station Project.
