Hordan Planning Services, on behalf of Squire-Ingham Company, submitted a rezone application on October 19, 2018, for a proposed non-project rezone at 5231 W Powerhouse Road that would change the zoning designation for three parcels from Two-Family Residential (R-2) to Multi-Family Residential (R-3). The parcels contain approximately 43 acres.
The Yakima Planning Commission held a public hearing on January 9, 2019 and made a recommendation to approve the proposed rezone, with the Chair signing the findings on January 23, 2019.
