| SUMMARY EXPLANATION: | | The City of Yakima reviews its fees for services annually and adjusts them to ensure cost recovery for services being provided. Rather than bringing forth separate resolutions adjusting fees for each department and service, staff will provide Council with an annual Book of Fees with all the adjustments for a 12-month period, and one resolution for consideration. Any fee increases will be discussed during the annual budget process and will be included in the Book of Fees for adoption the following spring. |
