City Project 2016-041 provided electrical upgrades to the airport’s runway lighting system. The City contracted with Columbia Asphalt and Gravel for the replacement of the airport’s primary runway electrical regulator and associated Runway Distance Remaining signs. Staff recommends the project be accepted and a final payment of $64,385.74 be provided to Columbia Asphalt and Gravel for completion of the airport’s electrical improvements.
