SUMMARY EXPLANATION:

The Yakima City Council held an open record public hearing on November 6, 2018 to consider the Yakima Planning Commission's (YPC) recommendation on this request. Following the public hearing, the City Council directed planning staff to prepare appropriate legislation to approve this request consistent with the YPC Recommendation.
