SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
Hordan Planning Services, on behalf of Datal Properties LLC, submitted a rezone application on July 10, 2018, for a proposed non-project rezone at 113 and 115 North 56th Avenue that would change the zoning designation for two parcels from Single-Family Residential (R-1) to Large Convenience Center (LCC).
