| SUMMARY EXPLANATION: | | At the September 27, 2018, Council Partnership Committee meeting, the Committee recommended that Council direct staff to investigate a potential partnership with Yakima Valley Conference of Governments, who is a partner of Spark Northwest or to have a direct partnership with Spark Northwest, a non-profit organization simplifying investing in solar energy. Additionally, the Committee recommends approval of a request from Yakima County Development Association to appoint Assistant City Manager Cortez to their Board to replace Sean Hawkins. And finally, the Committee recommends adding the September 18, 2018, Chamber of Commerce letter to the October 16, 2018, Council agenda for further discussion. |
