Staci's Catering has requested the opportunity to lease the original terminal building located at 2012 South 16th Avenue.  The building is owned by the City and the Lease will provide the community and general aviation industry alternative food and beverage options, which are are not presently available at the airport. 

The Lease agreement allows Staci's Catering to occupy the facilities for an initial 7 years with the option to renew another 7 years.  The revenue generated from the agreement will support the day-to-day maintenance and operations at the airport.
