ITEM TITLE:Distribution of the Complete Record for the 2018 Comprehensive Plan Map Amendments and concurrent Rezone applications

SUMMARY EXPLANATION:

The complete record for each of the Comprehensive Plan Amendment and Rezone requests is being distributed to City Council members in this agenda packet. Please bring these materials to the public hearings which will take place on November 6, 2018.  CPA#002-18 Vicinity of 600 & 611 Wilson Ln Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic Change FLU map designation from Mixed Residential to Commercial Mixed-Use and rezone from Two-Family Residential to General Commercial
 CPA#003-18 1104 S 48th Ave William Almon Change FLU  map designation from Low-Density Residential to Community Mixed-Use and rezone from Single-Family Residential to Professional Business
 CPA#004-18 1429, 1431, & 1439 N 16th Ave Riverpointe Landing LLC/ Westtowne LLC Change FLU map designation from Regional Commercial to Industrial and rezone from Large Convenience Center to Light Industrial
 CPA#005-18 S 85th Ave & Occidental Rd West Valley Nursing Homes Inc Retain FLU map designation of Mixed Residential and current rezone of Multi-Family Residential. Proposal is to vacate the property use and development agreement to allow for other multi-family uses.
 CPA#006-18 1317 S 7th St Israel Zaragoza Change FLU map designation from Mixed Residential to Commercial Mixed-Use and rezone from Two-Family Residential to General Commercial.
 CPA#007-18 HWY 24 & S 22nd St City of Yakima Wastewater Division Change FLU map designation from Low-Density Residential to Commercial Mixed-Use and rezone from Suburban Residential to General Commercial.
