On October 20, 2017, the City of Yakima Department of Community Development received an application from Diep Miller, for a project rezone of the property located at 513 W Washington Ave., from Two-Family Residential (R-2) to Multi-Family Residential (R-3), and a Type (3) review to convert two of the existing three adult family homes on site to medical clinics. An open record public hearing was held on January 11, 2018, no comments were received during the open record public hearing. On January 25, 2018, the Hearing Examiner issued a recommendation for approval of the proposed rezone, and decision for approval on the Type (3) use, subject to conditions and dependent on approval of the rezone. |
