ITEM TITLE:Closed record public hearing and Ordinance to consider the Yakima Planning Commission's recommendation regarding a rezone application submitted by Super Cold Storage LLC for property at 1415 River Road

SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
Hordan Planning Services, on behalf of Super Cold Storage LLC, submitted an application for a non-project rezone at 1415 River Road from Large Convenience Center (LCC) to Light Industrial (M-1) to bring the property in conformance with other properties to the east and south. The Yakima Planning Commission held an open-record public hearing on February 14, 2018 and issued its recommendation for approval on February 28, 2018. During the comment period, and at the hearing, no testimony was submitted in opposition to the request.
