City Project 2437 provided for the construction of new sections of roadway on the northbound lanes of N. 16th Ave at the Cherry Ave intersection and of the eastbound lane of Mead Avenue at 14th Ave. The City contracted with Granite Construction Company for this project which also included curb, gutter, and sidewalk repairs.
Final inspection for this project was made and the recommendation is that the project be accepted. A final payment of $2,316.95 (5% retainage) is due from the City to Granite Construction Company for the completion of this roadway project.
