This is a Resolution authorizing a 4 year contract with HLA Engineering and Land Surveying. The contract contains all the requirements and obligations that must be met for subsequent Task Orders. The Water/Irrigation Division will submit Task Orders for City Council approval for each project that requires design and engineering services. The projects are identified by priority within the 2017 Water System Plan and the 1999 Master Irrigation Plan.
Using the Municipal Research and Services Center (MRSC) of Washington Roster, a statewide small works and consultants roster system, followed by a competitive selection process, the City selected HLA Engineering and Land Surveying.
The first Task Order 2018-01 is for engineering, design, plan and bid preparation and services during construction to replace the water main within Hathaway Street between 6th Ave. and 16th Ave. The terms of Task Order 2018-01 would be in an amount not to exceed $79,600. |
