ITEM TITLE:	Ordinance updating Classification and Compensation Plan for City Employees Section 2.20.100

SUMMARY EXPLANATION:

This Master Pay Ordinance includes classification and compensation changes due to the Municipal Code and bargaining agreements. Submitted with approval and recommendation of the City Management and/or affected bargaining groups.

Update to ordinance

American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) Local 1122; 2% increases per 2018-2021 bargaining agreement;

In accordance with 2.20116 Municipal Code, Ordinance includes pay and compensation adjustment (PACA) for non-represented employees, and per 2017-2019 bargaining agreement for Public Works Division Managers Unit and Supervisors /Administrative Unit represented by Teamsters Local #760. Current defined formulary PACA calculation of 2.05% effective 1/1/2018.
