ITEM TITLE:Resolution authorizing Apple Valley Volkswagen Association to hold an open cruising event to be held on September 16, 2017

SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
The Apple Valley Volkswagen Association has requested approval to host an open to the public Cruise Night on Saturday, September 16, 2017 on Yakima Avenue from 6:00 - 10:00 p.m. The cruise will be part of the association's annual three day Volkswagen Rally and Campout to be held in Moxee City Park on September 15-17, 2017. The organizer's have agreed to the insurance and special event fee provisions as part of the City's Special Event Permit Process.
