The Yakima Air Terminal-McAllister Field has a variety of concessions/businesses that operate inside the airport terminal to provide passengers and the surrounding community with various options.  At the present, time the airport only provides passengers with a few vending machines of which distribute Coke products, snacks, and coffees.  Airport staff has been working with Jose Rocha owner of Lenchas Hot Dogs to provide passengers and tenants with fresh hot beverages and pastries during their travels.  In order to facilitate his operations, the airport is leasing Mr. Rocha space in the terminal where the previous coffee shop was housed.
