City Project SW2449 provided for stormwater system repair and installation on N. 66th Ave between Scenic Drive and Englewood Avenue. This section of roadway suffered severe weather related damage over the winter and had to be completely replaced. The City contracted with TTC Construction to provide a new stormwater drainage system that would retain all stormwater onsite and help to prevent localized flooding in the area. The City’s Street Division followed by rebuilding and paving N. 66th Ave.
Final inspection for this project was made and the recommendation is that the project be accepted. A final payment of $2,995.17 (5% retainage) is due from the City to TTC Construction, Inc. for the completion of the stormwater system repair and installation.
