City Project 2407 provided for the installation of the Capitol Theatre Dimmer System Modification. The project consisted of revision of the stage lighting system, raceway conduits, fittings, boxes, hangers, connectors, couplings, and other accessories as necessary. The City contracted with Knobel's Electric, Inc. to perform the specialized work on the project. Final inspection for this project was made and the recommendation is that the project be accepted. A final payment of $1,797.20 (5% retainage) is due from the City to Knobel's Electric, Inc. for the completion of the work.
