SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
Each year, as part of the process of submitting to HUD the year end Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER), the City holds two public input hearings to accept comments on the year end report. This is the final public input hearing on the 2015 Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER).
