| SUMMARY EXPLANATION: | | After due consideration, the City Manager and the non-represented group have determined that in order to avoid wage compression problems between unrepresented employees and represented employees within the City a compensation adjustment was necessary to provide for similar wage adjustments on behalf of the unrepresented Group as those previously granted to the represented employees within the City. It is consistent with adjustments previously granted to collective bargaining groups and is in alignment with the City’s five year plan. |
