| SUMMARY EXPLANATION: | | The City of Yakima and property owners Darlene Bohannon (Seller) and Cleat City, L.L.C. (Purchaser) of the subject property located in the vicinity of Sorenson Rd. and S. 38th Ave. (See Attached Map) within the "Municipal Purpose Soccer Park" Annexation Area hereby request that the Yakima City Council initiate a Municipal Purpose Annexation for the purpose of establishing a public/private soccer park upon the above described property. The assessed value of this property equals 100% of the area's total assessed value of $ 574,200 (10% is required for initiation). This proposed annexation consists of two tax parcels (see map), and is approximately 119.37 acres in size with no one currently residing within the annexation area. |
