ITEM TITLE:Public meeting and resolution for approval of the Final Long Plat of Cottonwood Partners LLC "Crown Crest Phase 2" located in the vicinity of South 75th Avenue & Crown Crest Avenue

SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
Bill Hordan, on behalf of Cottonwood Partners LLC, submitted the final plat for Crown Crest Phase 2, a residential subdivision consisting of 49 single-family lots located in the vicinity of South 75th Avenue & Crown Crest Avenue.  The Hearing Examiner recommended approval of the preliminary plat on October 5, 2006 and the Yakima Board of County Commissioners approved this preliminary plat on November 14, 2006. This subdivision is now ready for Council's consideration and approval.
