| SUMMARY EXPLANATION: | | The Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) is a U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development required document that describes the use of federal, state and local funds to provide affordable housing and supportive services for low to moderate income residents and neighborhoods consistent with the FY 2020 – 2024 Consolidated Plan. The 2023 CAPER summarizes the programs and projects supported through Community Development Block Grants (CDBG), HOME funds and other related funding which were expended in 2023. City Council is requested to receive public comments on the draft 2023 CAPER. The second public hearing will be conducted on May 28, 2024. |
