SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
Hordan Planning Services, on behalf of the Corporation of the Catholic Bishop of Yakima, submitted an application to vacate a portion of public right-of-way on November 14, 2023. The application was reviewed at an open record public hearing held on April 12, 2024. The Hearing Examiner Pro-Tem issued his Recommendation on April 23, 2024.
