The proposed adjustments and justifications to the Master Pay Ordinance are as follows:
Title change - 1150 Director of Community Development changed to 1150 Director of Community and Economic Development. Better reflects the scope of the position.
Implementation of approved Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs):
Change 6221 Corrections Officers from Pay Code17.5 to Pay Code 19.0, Charter Civil Service, AFSCME Municipal effective 7/1/24. Implements negotiated adjustment pursuant to reopening clause; Section 17.1 of the CBA.
Transit - Addition of “F” Step and 3.5% wage increase for American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSME) Local 1122 Transit Employees effective 1/1/24. Implements CBA recently approved by City Council. |
